It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Tis the season for backyard bonfires and s’mores. You can’t go wrong with a tried and true combination of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. In fact, this is one of our favorite treats for parties and wedding receptions that last late into the evening. S’mores are a popular choice for events at Patriot’s Point Pavilion, Founders Hall and other Charleston area venues with a fire pit or fire place. We recommend setting your s’more fixings (assorted crackers, chocolates and spreads) buffet style. That way guests can experiment with different combinations. Consider incorporating miniature sized crackers, candies and marshmallows so guests can create samples and/or kid-friendly sizes.
